Happy Chinese New Year!

Happy Year of the Rabbit

We took Abby to the Chinese New Year Celebration put on by the Families with Children from China of San Diego.

There was lots of great food.

Abby got to march in the Dragon Parade.

We assumed we would have to take her by the hand and drag her along, but instead she jumped right in and followed the first dragon all through the auditorium and up to the stage.

When she got to the stage, she didn't want to leave, and was so happy that all of these nice people came out to watch her perform.

Visit from Uncle Mike and Aunt Linda

We had a visit from our Uncle Mike and Aunt Linda from Indiana. We all got a chance to tour around San Diego and see things like Seaport Village, Old Town, the San Diego Mission, Sunset Cliffs, and the Midway.

Charlotte's Birthday

Abby's friend Charlotte celebrated her 2nd birthday today! Abby got to go to Kidsville and she met her hero, Elmo.
