Charlotte's Birthday

Abby and her best friend Annalise helped Charlotte celebrate her 3rd birthday.

Our agency told us today that we have our consulate appointment in China and we could make our travel plans! We will be leaving March 2nd for Hong Kong, and picking up Lina on March 5th in Nanning! Thank you for all your prayers-we are so close now.

Tribute to a fallen hero

My office went to the ribbon cutting and dedication of our latest Marine housing project.

It was dedicated to Lance Corporal Donald Hogan who died in the line of duty.

Here we are with the Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus. He was only mildly impressed to hear that my great-grandfather also served as Secretary of the Navy.
